How I work

Understand

I start by understanding your business, your users, and the problem you're solving. No wireframes until the strategy is clear. If you have a designer, I work with them. If you don't, I handle the UX.

Build

I write production code from day one — not throwaway prototypes. AI pair programming means I move at the speed of a small team while maintaining the quality of a senior engineer. You see progress in days, not weeks.

Ship

I deploy, monitor, and iterate. Every project ships with proper CI/CD, error tracking, and analytics. I don't hand over a zip file — I hand over a running product with documentation and a clear path forward.
