Nexus
A multi-tenant SaaS platform that gives wellness businesses everything they need in one place — products, bookings, events, payments, and CRM. Shopify meets Calendly, built for India and the world.

The Problem
Wellness businesses in India — yoga studios, Ayurvedic clinics, massage therapists, health coaches — are forced to stitch together 5+ tools to run their business. Shopify for products, Calendly for bookings, Eventbrite for workshops, WhatsApp for communication, and Excel for tracking it all.
Each tool charges separately. None of them talk to each other. Customer data is fragmented across platforms. And most of these tools are built for Western markets with pricing that doesn't make sense for a small studio in Bangalore.
The global wellness industry is worth $5.6 trillion, yet the average wellness business owner spends more time managing tools than serving clients. They need a single platform — affordable, India-first, but globally capable — that handles products, bookings, events, and customers in one place.
Nexus was built to be that platform. Not by stitching APIs together, but by building a unified multi-tenant architecture from the ground up.
The Solution
Three interconnected applications in a Turborepo monorepo — an Express API, a merchant dashboard, and a public storefront — all sharing a PostgreSQL database with tenant isolation at every layer.
Merchant Dashboard
A complete business command centre. Merchants manage products with variants, track orders, view revenue analytics, handle bookings, manage staff schedules, and configure payment gateways — all from a single dashboard inspired by the best of Shopify and Snipcart.

Public Storefront
Every tenant gets a fast, branded storefront with product listings, service bookings, event tickets, and a seamless checkout. Custom domains, SEO per page, and edge caching make every store feel like a standalone site — not a subdomain on a platform.

Booking & Scheduling Engine
Calendly-grade scheduling built for wellness. Per-staff availability, group classes vs 1-on-1 sessions, buffer and prep times, recurring bookings, and automated reminders via WhatsApp and email. Customers pick a service, choose a time, and pay — all in one flow.

Events & Ticketing
Multi-tier ticketing for workshops, retreats, and webinars. Early Bird, VIP, and Regular tiers with group discounts, QR code check-in, attendance tracking, and post-event feedback surveys. Handles everything from a 10-person yoga workshop to a 500-seat wellness conference.

Architecture

True Multi-Tenancy
Every request is scoped to a tenant via middleware. Database queries are filtered at the Prisma level. Payment gateway keys are encrypted per-tenant. Custom domains route through Cloudflare. Complete data isolation without separate databases — keeping costs low while scaling horizontally.
Dual Payment Stack
Razorpay for Indian merchants (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and Stripe for global merchants. Both integrate via webhooks with automatic order state transitions. Merchants configure their own gateway keys from the dashboard settings — the platform never touches their money.
Turborepo Monorepo
API, Dashboard, and Storefront share types, validation schemas, and utilities through npm workspaces. Turborepo handles build orchestration and caching. One codebase, three apps, shared test infrastructure, and a single CI pipeline.
Roblaw Natural Health
Roblaw Natural Health, a holistic wellness practice in London offering bioresonance scanning, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and natural products, is the first business migrating to Nexus. Their existing website at roblawnaturalhealth.co.uk is being rebuilt as a Nexus-powered storefront — with online bookings, product sales, and client management unified for the first time.
This migration validates the platform end-to-end with a real business before opening to broader sign-ups. Every feature in Nexus is being tested against Roblaw's actual workflows — not hypothetical use cases.
